Executive Search:
A highly-focused Recruitment Program.
By completing a detailed search of our exhaustive database, we are able to identify and communicate with all suitable candidates in our system. Additionally, our team work in a targeted, proactive fashion in order to source the most capable of candidates. Applicants who meet and exceed the specified job criteria will then undergo an in-person preselection interview in order for our team to establish the candidates’ professional skills and attributes before they are presented to the client. This recruitment program is used only when a small number of specialised candidates exist.
