A Business Development Manager is required for this ambitious, forward thinking organisation.  Reporting directly into the Sales Director the role will involve:

• Co-ordinate and support customer Tenders
• Manage existing customer base
• Acquisition of new customers
• Review and monitor revenue performance for each customer
• Review existing customer portfolio to determine any potential for revenue growth
• Manage and implement all relevant contractual prices actions
• Establish and maintain communication links and working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

The role will be based in the UK at their Derbyshire headquarters.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience of working within the contract logistics industry. With experience of preparing Tender documents and negotiating contracts you will have circa 5 years experience in an account management and/or business development capacity.  You will have the ability and confidence to manage an existing customer portfolio whilst bringing on board new customers.
