·         Plant Hire

·         Materials

·         Sub-contractors

80% of the clients spend is within the categories stated above, making this role extremely important to the business.

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:-

·        Buying within the construction industry

·        The ability to manage a single category

·        The ability to work alone

·        CIPS qualification is preferable

·        Understanding of margins and working within budgets
