The Engineering & Maintenance Manager is responsible for effectively leading the Engineering Function through excellent technical support of the DC operation. While promoting continuous improvement and a team working culture your responsibilities will include the following;

• Ensure an effective fault response service is managed in line with business requirements
• Control of annual budget expenditure and assist with forecast
• Ensure all drawings and documentation on designed equipment are up to date
• Analyze functions performance through monthly reporting and optimize area for improvement
• Provide project management experience to assist a range of business expansion plans.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing an engineering function. You will have an Engineering Degree and also have project management experience from solutions design to final delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills are required together with the ability to influence people at all levels.
