The role will demand the development, implementation and quality of all food under the Company brand. The key responsibilties are:-

·  Developing a pipeline of new products to drive product quality and mass customer appeal

·  Packaging design development in line with Own Brand Guidelines

·  Ensuring products are developed under the most appropriate brand

·  To implement a benchmarking programme with QA to ensure actions that drive quality improvement

·  Continuous plans for long term innovation within the ingredients and packaging industry through trends and market analysis

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:-
