A highly pro-active, investagitive, healthcare/pharmaceutical procurement professional is urgently required for a particularly unique and excitinh sourcing role.

The purpose of the role is to develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders within the laboratory and research supplies division, in order to recognise all procurement and sourcing activities. Identify the demands and quality of products and services required from the stakeholders, subsequently exploring all possible avenues for alternative sourcing, whilst meeting and exceeding the current quality of supply.  

·         Highly experienced procurement professional with strong experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry. – With specific experience on laboratory supplies and research & development

·         Exceptional sourcing capabilities, focussing not just on cost savings, but with a significant focus of the business needs, quality, and stakeholder demand

·         A candidate with a particularly explorative nature, with the instinct to leave no stone unturned

·         Strong stakeholder management and influencing experience

·         Degree/PHD desired from a scientific nature

·         MCIPS would be an advantage
