The role is to manage the Reverse Logistics operation including return logistics and test and refurbishment production. Own and develop relationships with all related product manufactures including the transfer of technical training and conformance of all tested and refurbished output. The key accountabilities fall into the following 4 points;

• People Management – ensure the team is motivated and hitting or exceeding daily performance targets
• Operational Management – maximising the Reverse Logistics area development potential by ensuring all industry trends and changes are monitored and incorporated into the Continuous Improvement Plan
• Quality & Performance Management – monitor and manage KPI’s for areas, customers and employees
• Client & Manufacturing Relationships for Operational Development – build creditable relationships with all manufactures and lead the company relationship with them

Ideally from electronics manufacturing background you will have strong reverse logistics knowledge.  You must have previous man management experience and ability to effective communicate at all level both internally and externally.  Providing regular progress reports for senior management you be analytical in your approach and with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques and the ability to influence at all levels.
