Role Profile
Reporting to the VP of Logistics General Manager will have full responsibility for the Leicester site. With P&L responsibility, the site currently employs up to 500 employees at peak period. Developing and maintaining customer relationships is essential through achieving agreed KPIs, service levels and driving performance. Leading from the front with continuous improvement methods the General Manager will create a culture of excellence across all areas.
Skills & Experience
You must have a have a proven record of success from an operational background. You must also have excellent customer relationship skills. You will also be accustomed to setting and managing performance through KPIs and driving business objectives through influencing your people. Strong Commercial & Financial experience is a pre-requisite. The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG/Food Logistics background.
