Cast UK have been exclusively retained to work with the fast paced privately owned Lyreco Group in the search for their new Logistics Director. Lyreco operates extensively throughout Europe, Canada and Asia and ranks high amongst the worldwide distributors of office supplies direct to businesses and public sector with sales of over €2b euro’s. In the UK and Ireland Lyreco employs 1700 people, has current sales of over €300 million and has an aggressive growth strategy in place to achieve €500 million.

Reporting into the Managing Director and being an integral part of the Senior Management Team, the Logistics Director has an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on this fast growing organisation. With responsibility for the Warehouse, Transport and Stock Replenishment function you will be accountable for achieving the UK & Ireland required KPI’s.

You must have a minimum of 10 years operational and management experience with a biased towards Transport. You must also have multi-site experience and have excellent customer relationship skills. You must be accustomed to setting and managing performance through KPI’s and driving business objectives through influencing your team. Strong Commercial & Financial experience is a pre-requisite and a preference is a working knowledge of SAP.
