Senior Warehouse Manager – Retail

Staffordshire

Circa £45,000 + benefits

Role Profile

Our client, who is a leading Retail business, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to create and maintain an effective and productive business unit, which focuses on delivery of results, maximising profitability and developing initiatives to continually improve service. You will be responsible for managing c350 employees, being able to take operational control of all aspects of the National Distribution Centre.

Skills & Experience

You must have a proven track record of operational and management experience with a biased towards warehousing. You must be very forward thinking, ambitious and looking to be a high flyer. You will also be accustomed to setting and managing performance through KPI’s and driving business objectives through influencing your people. Experience of transport would be beneficial, this role would be able to provide the right candidate the opportunity to progress within an International Blue Chip Retail Business.
