Role Profile

As a result of organisational restructuring, our client, a global manufacturer, are seeking to appoint Sourcing Lead within their procurement team. The objective of this new opportunity is to lead the sourcing team within the category, and support the Senior Sourcing Managers within the category.

The roles will be a combination of high level/high value procurement, in a spend area of around £300-350m, covering a range of category spend such as: Capital, raw materials, gases, steel works, components etc.

Skills & Experience

It is essential that the applicant will have extensive and demonstrable experience in the effective implementation of sourcing solutions, undertaking successful negotiation and influencing roles, possess strategic agility, and be a strong problem solver with the ability to successfully set and manage priorities. The successful candidate will have worked within and managed a comparable spend remit.

Remuneration
