Following 13 years of success at Cast UK we are looking to double the size of our team in 2017-18. If you are an ambitious graduate looking to embark on your career with a buiness that is committed to your training and development, then read on...
The structured training programme that I received when I started was second to none and combined a good balance of theoretical and practical training. Beyond the training programme, my colleagues have been extremely supportive and this culture of collaboration and team work is encouraged throughout the company. I am encouraged by the open and honest culture that is instilled in the organisation at all levels, and the transparent approach taken with candidates and clients alike.
The office here is very state-of-the-art and comfortable and there is always a really good atmosphere among all of our colleagues, everyone gets on really well. There is also a lot of opportunity for personal development as well; our Managing Director, Wayne, is really keen on progressing everyone through the business wherever possible.
The culture at Cast UK is quite relaxed but no-one takes advantage of that. I know that there is always great support and training available here because everyone here is really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The benefits and the commission structure here are definitely a lot better than at other recruitment agencies that I have worked for and things like trips away for achieving your targets and free membership at the onsite gym also provide really great incentives.
I wanted to work in an industry where I was rewarded for my hard work but also where I could use my relevant experience from my career in Buying. My industry in buying means that I'm able to understand the requirements of the role that I'm recruiting for and I’m also able to understand what the client’s needs are with regards to the culture, the business and the candidate fit.
The working environment at Cast UK is great; everyone gets on really well with each other and it’s very much a 'work-hard, play-hard' kind of environment.
During your structured introductory training programme, you will gain a clear understanding of the recruitment cycle, our industry sectors and business development processes. Our graduate training scheme lasts 3-6 months, during which time you will develop the necessary skills on-the-job through expert mentoring, allowing you to maximise your personal earning quickly.
Every member of our team is encouraged to develop, excel and progress within our business. Our selection process is designed to find the best to be our next rising stars and part of the Cast UK success story. As a graduate with an appetite for career progression, we work in partnership with you to create a clear career path through ongoing training, support and mentoring.

Being part of a great team is about being supported and challenged in equal measure. People thrive in environments that are built on trust, mutual respect, honesty and a healthy dose of fun. It’s an environment that inspires our individuals to be the best they can be, and this success translates to our clients and candidates, who come back to us time and time again.
We believe in making things happen. While we’re results-driven and highly competitive, we also think it’s important not to take ourselves too seriously.
We subscribe to the philosophy of “work hard-play hard” by challenging our individuals to take the initiative and carve out their own future, while supporting the and helping them to be the best they can be.
