Recent graduate projects:

Graduate Trainee Retail Manager

  • We placed graduates into a well-known retailer in the food and drink industry.

  • The roles were open to graduates who had the desire to manage a team, make decisions and progress rapdily.

  • For these roles our consultants found quick-thinking candidates who applied common sense effectively, had the ability to solve problems efficiently and honed people management skills.

Graduate Sales & Marketing Executive

  • We placed multiple graduates with a global FMCG business.

  • This business offers a tailor-made scheme in which graduates are mentored and trained to develop a range of professional, technical, sales, management and people skills.

  • Graduates did not require previous work experience so instead we sourced candidates with excellent communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, plenty of initiative and a personable character.

Procurement Graduate Roles

  • We placed graduates with a global T1 automotive supplier with a well-known brand and strong market presence.

  • These roles were specifically procurement roles open to graduates without much experience. Candidates were given the opportunity to work in 'real jobs' with real responsibilities from the start, which actually worked as a selling point over the more traditional 'graduate schemes'.

  • As graduates don't usually have a great deal of work experience, we assessed their softer skills, commitment and drive through a series of interviews.

Purchasing & Supply Chain Graduate Roles

  • We placed a number of graduates into a global supply chain solutions provider to the pharmaceutical industry.

  • This was part of a large development programme the business was running to move people into purchasing & supply chain planning roles over the next 12 months.

  • Sourcing graduates for this role was entirely about passion, positive attitude, communication skills, a good grade in a relevant degree and commitment to a career in Purchasing & Supply Chain.

What will it cost?

We have 2 options of payment for this great offer:

1. A fixed fee of £3000 + VAT per graduate.

2. Alternatively, the payment can be spread over 6 months, paying £750 + VAT (per month, per graduate).
