Role Profile

Our client is a highly successful manufacturing business with a site based in Crewe. They are currently looking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator to assist with all new product launches and manage changes to existing products.

The key purpose of the role will be to ensure the day to day management of the key suppliers, including regular review meetings.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Arrange calls and site visits with suppliers to feedback on performance and forecasts.
  • Oversee supply chain project plans, including schedules, availabilities and expenditures.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate Supplier's delivery schedules.
  • Clearly communicate order updates internally to ensure accurate update of purchase orders and work orders.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Previous experience with managing projects
  • Ability to influence and engage with key internal & external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing ability
