Customer Service Manager
£35,000 Circa + Benefits

Role Profile:

Cast UK are looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to work for a growing organisation at their operation in Wembley. This is a permanent role reporting into the General Manager. You will have a Sales and customer service background, be responsible for running a small team, and have experience with complex organisations where ordering systems and reports were used.

Skills & Experience:

It is essential that applicants have:

  • A minimum of 3 years Customer Service Experience
  • Previous experience of building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in upselling
  • Experience using business ordering or tracking systems, such as SAP, and the ability to run reports
  • Experience handling complaints
  • Comfortable working to timescales and under pressure
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in call management coaching skills
  • Full knowledge of data protection and confidentiality issues
