A leading warehousing & distribution customer of Cast UK's is looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their DC based in the North West. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will manage all day to day HR matters across the distribution operation with a major focus on Employee Relations. Driving best practice, company procedures and ensuring compliance across the business are also key tasks for the HR Manager.

Skills & Experience
Candidates are sought who have previous experience of working within a fast-paced blue collar environment in a HR capacity. Managing large people numbers across a multi-cultural workforce consisting of permanent and temporary labour would certainly be advantageous. Ideally CIPD qualified, candidates must the possess the ability to work autonomously in a decision making role. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential as is the ability to positively influence others. It is important that candidates applying for this position have an up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
