P2P Project Lead
Our client is a leading provider of construction equipment and services, helping to establish the foundations for communities to build and grow.
The 'P2P Project Lead' will be responsible for delivering the Improvement Plan Project across the P2P function of the business.
Based in West Yorkshire you will work as part of a small team cross-functionally within Procurement and Purchase Ledger and will be responsible for delivering the project against an aggressive timescale ensuring that improvement is both demonstrated and captured.
Map current Nominal code tree/structure which exists within Inspire Standard POP.
Work with key stakeholders to reduce, standardise and take out complexity of nominal coding. Roll out the new structure to all PO users.
Quantify current miss-match rate and profile the reasons per depot/user. Set targets and milestones to increase match rate. Work with end user's to identify source of the cause and implement solution.
Implement Metric for Procurement, Purchase Ledger and Operations Dashboard to show progress and continually highlight area's to focus on.
Implement Metric to capture OTIF, Non-conformance and returns reporting within approved supplier list.
Take a lead role in the upgrade of Inspire from Standard to Alternative POP.
Our client is a supplier to construction organisations world wide.
