Regional Health & Safety Manager
£45,000 - £50,000
Our client, who is a leading Retailer, is looking to source an experienced Health & Safety Manager for 2 of their distribution centres in Northampton. With over 1,200 Warehouse and Transport staff over the 2 sites you will be confident in your own ability to work with such numbers. Reporting in to the Head of Distribution you will be responsible for all H&S matters on a combined space of around 850,000 sq ft. You will be responsible for managing all accident investigations, producing risk assessments and SSOW, chairing monthly H&S committee meetings, carrying out audits and inspections, carrying out presentations to all staff on site and managing all contractors.
Skills & Experience
Ideally with several years experience as a Health & Safety Manager you will at minimum hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate and ideally possess a NEBOSH Diploma and be a current member of IOSH. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in H&S management and be confident when dealing with Senior Management.
