Role Profile

Our client who is a market leading Distributor within their space, are looking to expand their Internal Sales team by hiring an Account Manager to be based within their busy Sales office in Greater Manchester. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be part of the sales team contributing to help the business achieve the overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email and phone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a driven Account Manager is essential
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
