Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting our prestigious client who is a growing Retailer, with the recruitment process of a Continuous Improvement Manager to work at a fast-paced Distribution Centre based in South Sheffield. Reporting to a Director, you will oversee and lead the continuous improvement projects within the Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on cost effectiveness, performance, the utilisation of systems, the equipment and people.
- Maintain a safe and quality, customer focused environment to work within
- Work with the 3PL to ensure the standardisation of best practices across the facility
- Ensure all operational improvement activities are linked to the achievement of the Company's strategic objectives
- Knowledge of DMAIC is ideal
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is essential
