Customer Service Coordinator

Role Profile
Our client, an established retail / wholesale business based in Hertfordshire, looking a customer service coordinator to join an established team within the operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers around requirements and order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities

  • Monitor generic Inbox
  • Manual process of orders
  • Order release
  • Delivery creation referring to allocations
  • Major Accounts
  • Order process
  • Use of customer portals - order management / confirmations / dispatch
  • Material set up and maintenance
  • Daily order report
  • Backorder reports and maintenance -Monitor release
  • Delivery reports
  • Availability reports as per customer request / stock reports
  • Cover for Logistics - bookings
  • POD's / collections
  • Liaison with warehouse on daily basis
  • Booking diary updates daily

Skills and Experience

  • Experience within retail wholesale preferred but not essential
  • Strong experience within SAP
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, influence and manage others
  • Ability to maintain an objective approach when faced with competing priorities
  • Proactive, 'can do' attitude
