Customer Service and Supply Chain Administrator (Part Time)
Slough
£10 to £11 per hour

Role Profile
Our client, a leading FMCG supplier to the major retailers based in Slough, is looking to appoint a Customer Service administrator to join their customer service team on a part time basis. Your team will be the first port of call for any order and service enquiries. This will be a customer facing role where you will need to work very closely with the supply chain and account teams to have a detailed knowledge of any supply issues.

Skills & Experience

  • You will be of graduate calibre with a proven track record in excellent customer service.
  • Experience using SAP
  • Worked for an FMCG business, and have the confidence to deal face to face with the major grocery retailers and have a good understanding of supply chain practises.
  • An understanding of EDI ordering would hugely beneficial.
  • This role would suit candidates looking for a first or second step in a career in supply chain.
