Site Facilities Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits

Role Profile
Our client, who is a leading specialist organisation, is looking to recruit a Site Facilities Manager based in their Coventry distribution centre. Reporting into the General Manager you will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the whole site and to ensure the site complies with all current legislation relating to site safety and management. You will be responsible for promoting and participating in achieving the most efficient and economic use of the site facility, plant, equipment, materials and contractors.

Skills and Experiences
Ideally candidates will come from a Facilities Management background within the 3PL sector. It is essential that candidates have a sound knowledge of supplier management, budget forecasting and budget monitoring. It is also essential to have experience and knowledge of working in a KPI / target driven environment.
