Role Profile
Our client a specialist logistics and supply chain business is looking to recruit a General Manage. You will be responsible for operational excellence for the distribution operations at their West Yorkshire site. Building relationships in a customer facing environment is a key part of the role, with high levels of customer service required. You will be fully responsible for all people aspects and leading the strategic development for the site.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a 3pl, Retail or E-commerce environment
- A strong team leader with experience in leading large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in strategic development of operations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in multi customer/stakeholder management
- Experience in WMS systems to analyse and review KPI's
- Commercially and financially astute, with large budget responsibility
