Role Profile
Cast UK are supporting a leading business in the recruitment of a General Manager for their site based in the North East. Reporting into a Regional Manager, you will have accountability for the day-to-day running of the site, including P&L responsibility and management across warehouse & transport functions.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the site
- Effective management of all personnel, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Accountable for site H&S
- Introducing root cause analysis, and implementing change
- P&L responsibility
- Working with the team to improve stock integrity and accuracy
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within FMCG or Retail/ Wholesale environments
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with all levels of management
- CPC Qualification desirable
- Health & Safety qualifications desirable
- Experience of introducing continuous improvements
Remuneration
£50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
