Role Profile
Cast UK are currently supporting our prestigious client with the recruitment process of a Health & Safety Manager. You will be responsible for the centralised Health & Safety systems and procedures within a large Distribution Centre based in Merseyside.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to provide professional Health & Safety advice across several depots
  • Drive to continuously improve H&S procedures
  • Ensure compliance within Operations is always adhered to
  • Ability to coach and mentor individuals around H&S procedures and regulations
  • Commercial awareness and exceptional customer focus
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders up to Board level
  • NEBOSH qualification is essential
  • Health & Safety experience within Operations is essential
