Role Profile
Our client, a leading wholesale / distribution business, is looking to appoint an Internal Relationship Coordinators to their head office team based in Manchester. You will be the pivotal liaison between UK and overseas operations, delivering a high quality and organised service to Internal Partners, service providers and internal colleagues and proactively manage Partner feedback. The role involves taking responsibility for the overall relationship management of allocated International Partner accounts, whilst maintaining the delivery of related service levels and profit targets. Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload whilst still paying attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage all partner sourcing and quotation requests including tenders, orders and deliveries and any requests for information pertaining to the Partners account.
  • Co-ordinate sourcing, purchasing, inventory control and production where required, on behalf of Partners, via the central research, procurement and warehouse & operations teams.
  • Effectively produce and manage customer documentation including packing lists, invoices, COC's and process import/export permits to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time and in accordance with end destination regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate shipments and associated regulatory documentation within the specified targets and/or deadlines to avoid penalties where applicable.
  • Provide proactive support to the international sales team which will contribute to overall revenue and profitability.
  • To be an articulate and professional liaison between partners and internal regulatory, finance and operations teams.
  • Work with external or third-party service providers to maintain service levels and partner satisfaction.



Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Educated to A Level standard / equivalent with GCSEs Grade C or above, which should include English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly interpersonal, with an aptitude for building close working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload whilst still paying attention to detail.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to effectively solve problems under pressure.
  • Experience of managing key customer accounts in an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong background using computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Pharmaceutical experience / Languages such as Hebrew would be desirable but not essential.
  • Procurement experience would be advantageous.
