Merchandising Assistant
A Merchandise Assistant is required to assist in all aspects of our clients growing buying, merchandise and import function within the business to business sector. Within this role you must have a good understanding of the merchandise function and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Key aspects of the role are:
- Develop and continue to support relationships with key suppliers
- Plan and manage stock levels
- Analysing sales and reacting to trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
- Manage shipment planning and organise import documentation
- Work with the wider team, monitoring stock control and delivery times
- Work with Buying and Merchandising to understand product ranges
- Analyse sales trends and historical data
Key Behaviours:

- Strong IT skills especially MS Excel
- Good time management skills
- Proactive
- Problem solving/Decision making
- Numeric and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn quickly.
Remuneration
£18,000 - £20,000
