Role Profile
Cast UK are working in partnership with Tri-Star Packaging, the UK's leading food-to-go packaging supplier. Part of Bunzl PLC who are a FTSE 100 business, Tri-Star packaging are seeing continued growth across their operation by developing existing accounts and by attracting new customers. Due to the continued growth of the business, they are now looking to recruit a high calibre National Account Manager with a proven record of developing existing client relationships. You will be responsible for both transactional and strategic sales growth within your customer portfolio by offering a best in class account management service to your customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead & implement short & medium term strategies
- Negotiate terms of trading, ensuring all agreements are correctly contracted.
- Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of growth opportunities in order to meet defined growth expectations.
- Manage relationships within your customer portfolio which will include buyers and key stake holders of all levels
- Ensure your customer are fully aware of trends and expectations within the market and help them to be the market leaders in their field
- Identify opportunities with key customer groups to grow market share
- Visit customer sites / outlets as required
- Add significant value to customer offerings based on Tri-stars USP's
Skills & Experience
You will be a proven National Account Manager and must have considerable experience in managing high profile accounts both major blue chip, and SME businesses. You will have experience in dealing with complex pricing structures, and as a result be an analytical individual. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in providing exemplary customer service levels to clients within your remit. Experience within the food packing market would be useful however the main driver for Tri-Star is to find driven candidates who have the ability to influence and develop relationships with customers.
This is a home-based role that will involve travel across the south of the country, therefore you must be a self starter with the ability to effectively and efficiently plan your own diary.
