Role Profile

This new created role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Quality professional, with experience in highly regulated environments. The successful candidate will manage compliance for quality and health & safety in line with company standards and external requirements, to ensure a compliant, high quality and timely service to customers and patients in an efficient and safe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring the warehouse operations are compliant with internal and external requirements.

Lead complaint and deviation investigations, follow up and close down related CAPA's that directly affect the warehouse activities, working closely with stakeholders in other departments to find appropriate, timely and effective solutions that reduce complaints and deviations and support the reputation of the business.

Ensure all SOP's are up to date, any changes required are updated and approved and the required training documentation is available. Ensure the training matrix is audited monthly.

Support all internal and external audits for quality, safety and environment for the department, working cross-functionally to ensure continuous external recognition of such standards (e.g. ISO 9001/14001/18001) for the business.

Provide advice and guidance to the department managers and employees on Quality rules and regulations, e.g. GMP/GDP, and maintain an awareness of such legislations/standards to ensure consistently high standards are maintained across the warehouse operation.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a senior compliance role in a Medical / Pharmaceutical or other regulated environment.

Experience and good understanding of GMP/GDP and ISO 9001/14001/18001.

Experience in production or warehouse quality procedures and related H&S aspects.
