Regional HR Manager - South

South - Home Based

£40,000 - £45,000 + Car

Role Profile

An experienced Regional HR Manager is sought by one of the UK's top FMCG businesses. Reporting into the Group Head of HR this role will have responsible for a number of sites across the south of the UK. Operationally you will manage all day to day HR matters in a multi-site blue collar working environment ensuring group policies are implemented and maintained throughout the division. You will work closely with the operational line management team to ensure all ER activities, training and development are carried out consistently across the region. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Review and manage HR policy, procedures, legislation and best practice
  • Staff training, coaching and development
  • HR project lead when required
  • Assist with the development, implementation and management of the HR strategy.

Skills & Experience

Our client is extremely keen to see candidates that can evidence experience in working in a HR capacity across a blue collar environment at multiple UK locations. CIPD qualified you will have HR experience that lends itself to working on HR strategies with the senior leadership and also working in a hands on HR capacity which will involve managing grievances and the employment and termination of colleagues. Being able to evidence a background in driving learning and development across a workforce is also key to the position. Excellent working knowledge of employment legislation is paramount as is the ability to influence others.
