Replenishment Manager
c£32,000 + excellent benefits

Role Profile
A nationally recognised retailer, that is growing quickly, is looking to recruit a talented and dynamic Replenishment Manager to join their team in Somerset. The successful candidate will be managing the Replenishment team and supporting the Demand Planning team, making sure that all stores have the right stock levels at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the Replenishment team
  • Making sure the Critical Path is followed for all promotional activities
  • Implementing process and operational improvements
  • Regularly coaching the Demand Planning team to drive efficiencies, including availability improvements
  • Making sure correct stock levels are received to store by conducting regular checks of system settings
  • Report generation and maintenance
  • Monitoring the allocations of new products to store
  • Ensuring escalated Supply Chain queries are actioned
  • Identifying new opportunities to improve availability and drive sales
  • Developing good relationships with colleagues to make sure there is prompt and effective resolution of any issues, and a good relationship between stores and the DCs
  • To monitor and predict DC capacity, and then track and smooth inbound volumes into the DCs

Skills and Experiences

  • Prior experience within a supply chain or inventory/ logistics role
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and an ability to communicate well at all levels within an organisation
  • Strong data analysis and IT skills, particularly Excel, being able to gather and analyse information
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Prior experience within a retail supply chain environment preferable
  • Planning and Organisation skills, as well as Problem solving, should be a strength
  • Be comfortable managing and influencing a team that is split over two different sites
