Our client, a leading technology distributor business is looking for an optimistic and motivated Supply Chain Executive to manage commercial and operational aspects of a Key Accounts - an exciting international brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Successful management of supply chain for a Key Account by managing inventory co-ordination correctly, ensuring stock requirements are met at all times.
- Manage and build relationships with key customer, vendor & internal contacts in order to deliver against customer's high performance expectations
- Management of high level forecasting to manage and monitor stock
- Ensure smooth product launch of all New Product Introductions (NPI's)
- Ensure legal requirements are met when dealing with the purchasing and transportation of goods.
- Manage all returns of stock and ensure that the issues are dealt with accordingly.
- Working with Product Managers to ensure all costs are correct before submission to the customer.
- Is able to deal with any issues and fix at root cause when required.
- Ensure that all queries, issues and complaints from the customer reach a successful conclusion.
Skills and Experiences
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 2 years retail distribution experience in supply chain functions
- Good technology knowledge
- Must have a positive attitude - competitive and driven
