Role Profile
Our Manchester based client is looking to appoint a Supplier Contracts Manager to join their existing supply chain team.
The primary purpose of the role is to drive improvements in supplier performance through agreeing robust SLAs and KPIs against which you will monitor and manage the supplier base.
Key suppliers you will manage will be providing Facilities Management services.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years' experience in a contract management / supply chain management role
- Proven track record in driving improvements in supplier performance (quality, service levels and OTIF delivery)
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience negotiating commercial terms, including writing KPIs and SLAs in to supply contracts
- Ideally previous experience in Facilities Management and/or Construction and an understanding of the supplier base in this sector
