Role Profile

Do you love solving problems and delivering excellent customer service? Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer with advanced knowledge in network troubleshooting, holding a CCNA or any other high networking qualification. You would be part of an ambitious business who pride themselves on their embrace of new technology.

Responsibilities

  • 1st Line technical support to customers (tech to tech)
  • Deep-rooted network and software issue analysis
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Development of best standard processes to implement company-wide

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in and advanced knowledge of network troubleshooting, including Sniffers, WireShark, and Cisco devices (Wireless Control System and Mobility Services Engine)
  • A Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or any other high networking certificate
  • A good understanding of complex SQL, with working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems
  • Proven experience of working with enterprise customers

You will be based in the company offices in Middlewich (Cheshire), employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week within Monday to Friday, with the ability to work flexible hours around your home life.

Remuneration

You will receive a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 level dependent on experience and qualifications. Plus, on-call allowance as well as other attractive benefits including; 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company-wide profit share scheme, and a flexible working scheme.
