What does professional recruitment involve?
Apart from playing golf, taking clients for dinner or general corporate entertaining, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and consulting with middle management & senior executive candidates on their career aspirations as well as forging strong relationships with clients and companies. You will be fully responsible for developing and expanding your market sector and identifying new business opportunities.
What are the rewards?
We offer a basic salary to attract the best and a bonus scheme to keep you motivated. Unlike other recruitment businesses, we do not cap your earning potential and work on sliding scales for bonuses. We operate as a transparent business and do not believe in salary ceilings. Therefore, it is quite literally 'what you put in, is what you get out'. However, it doesn't stop there - other incentives include an all expensed holiday for two to Thailand for the highest billing consultant, corporate tickets to major sporting events or sports car driving weekends or weekends away if you reach our 'high flyers' bonus scheme, etc, etc...
