An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful Customer Sales Team within a fast-paced office environment. You'll manage a portfolio of customers within the Contract Catering sector, delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and system information.
• Manage back orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
• Work towards agreed KPIs and sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support wider sales teams with tenders, product sourcing and matching.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

About You

• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• Positive, proactive and commercially minded.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience within catering equipment or a related industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
