Customer Service Representative

Role Profile

Our client is an established manufacturing business in the Wigan area.

They are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and German to join their multilingual customer service team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end sales order process to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
  • Expedite customer orders where necessary
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries, develop strong relationships with your portfolio of customers
  • Proactively work to resolve issues on behalf of your clients
  • Liaise extensively with internal departments to coordinate the fulfilment of customer orders as well as problem resolution

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Passion for excellent customer service

Previous experience in B2B customer service and/or manufacturing is preferred.
