Welcoming our new Client Development team members
We are extremely happy to introduce our two newest recruits!
Shiv Singh and Phil Mold have recently joined Team Orange to head up our Client Development department, working closely with new and existing clients to build great relationships and deliver excellent service to our clients. With over 25 years of experience between them, we are confident that this new dream team will take CAST to new heights.
Shiv and Phil will be 100% focused on providing exceptional service to all of our existing and future clients and we look forward to them strengthening our relationships with both.
Since starting with Cast UK, they have hit the ground running, demonstrating their expertise from the get-go. Our MD Gary Robinson commented
I am delighted to have both Phil and Shiv on board at Cast UK. In their first few weeks with us, they have demonstrated their passion for customer service and client development, and both Phil and Shiv have already began helping new and current clients with their recruitment needs. I’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the year brings for them both.
So, who are Shiv and Phil?
We sat with the new Client Development team members, in a recent edition of CASTmates, to learn a bit more about who they are, what they’ve achieved in the past and their missions in their new roles.
Shiv has joined CAST as Client Development Manager with a focus on Retail and Wholesale in the UK. His previous experience was working with one of the largest job boards in the UK, where he grew his expertise within the recruitment industry. Shiv’s focus in his new role will be to ensure effective communication and that CAST fosters and nurtures our clients to understand exactly what they need. So far, Shiv has commented on the fantastic training provided and the really helpful team.
Phil has stepped into the role of Client Development Manager, focusing on Logistics in the UK. He was previously an Operations Manager for a recruitment business where he worked managing the top 10 accounts per branch. Before this, Phil was a National Account Manager for 18 years where he nurtured XPO/GXO, allowing him to gain his logistics expertise.
In this new role, Phil will focus on building relationships, that last, with our clients while helping them with any recruitment needs they have, and advising them on any problems they foresee. Phil has described the best parts of his experience so far as working with a great group of people and speaking to really nice customers.
