An experienced General Manager with a strong background in parcel, freight, logistics and warehouse operations. They have led large-scale hub, depot and multi-site environments, including automated and semi-automated facilities, with responsibility for operational performance, customer service, sales teams, budgets and full P&L delivery.
They bring a practical, people-focused leadership style, with experience managing sizeable permanent and agency workforces, trade union consultation, peak planning, service delivery and continuous improvement. CPC qualified, IOSH certified and commercially aware, they are well suited to senior operational leadership roles within fast-paced logistics and distribution environments.
