A senior procurement and transformation consultant with 15+ years’ experience supporting CPOs and leadership teams across public sector, transport, banking, retail, pharmaceutical and infrastructure environments. They have led end-to-end procurement transformations, category strategies, sourcing programmes and operating model redesigns across complex, high-value organisations.
They bring strong expertise in digital procurement, cost reduction, supplier management and business change, with a proven track record of helping organisations unlock value, improve controls and integrate procurement more effectively with wider business objectives. They are based in London and open to travel as required.
