Currently working in a warehouse planning role, they have led improvement activity across damages reduction, returns optimisation, inbound inspections, re-boxing, handling charges and stock-flow processes. Confident with Power BI, Excel, VBA, SAP, QlikView, Access and MS Visio, they combine analytical thinking with hands-on operational improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
