About the candidate

A commercially focused senior operations leader with over 20 years’ experience across foodservice distribution, retail logistics and 3PL environments. They bring strong General Manager and Operations Director experience, with responsibility for large multi-temperature warehouse and transport operations across regional and national networks.

They have managed sizeable teams, large mixed fleets, full P&L accountability and high-turnover depot environments, while consistently improving service, compliance, cost control and team performance. They are available for a permanent move with a 6-month notice period.
