They combine strong hands-on knowledge of gas and electrical catering equipment with senior experience across field service, technical support, warranty, engineer training and service improvement.

They have a practical and supportive leadership style, with a strong focus on safety, engineer competency, first-time-fix performance and customer outcomes. Their background spans major UK commercial catering service groups, coffee and warewash service environments, regional engineering businesses and technical site operations.
