A senior supply chain, fulfilment and operations leader with strong experience across ecommerce, logistics, parcel and subscription delivery environments. They have led complex 24-hour operations, managed 3PL and carrier partnerships across the UK and EU, and overseen teams ranging from small specialist functions through to multi-site operations with 20 managers, 130-220 drivers and more than 300 warehouse colleagues.

They bring a very data-led, commercial approach to operational improvement, with a track record of reducing cost, improving service levels and building engaged teams. Their background includes ownership of KPIs such as OTIF, delivery performance, cost per parcel, safety, productivity, budgets and customer experience.
