This candidate is a highly experienced operations, logistics and supply chain leader with over 30 years’ experience across retail, 3PL, warehousing, transport and international expansion. They have worked with major retail and logistics organisations across the UK, Europe and Asia, leading large-scale operations, opening distribution centres, managing complex contract partnerships and supporting fast-growing brands to scale sustainably.

They are now focused on fractional and project-based operational leadership, helping founder-led and growing retailers strengthen fulfilment, improve productivity, select and manage 3PL partners, and build practical supply chain strategies that support growth. Hands-on, commercially minded and calm under pressure, they bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational delivery.
