A highly experienced contract logistics and warehousing specialist with over 25 years’ experience across 3PL, chilled, frozen, ambient, food manufacturing, retail supply chain, medical and laboratory equipment, modular buildings and defence logistics environments. They have operated from shop floor through to director level, leading multi-site operations, site moves, warehouse start-ups, restructures, WMS implementations and major operational turnarounds.

They bring a practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety, people engagement, customer service and commercial delivery. Comfortable in high-pressure environments, they are particularly effective when stepping into complex or underperforming operations, quickly identifying root causes, building capable teams and delivering measurable improvements.
