His background combines strategic leadership with a practical understanding of the systems, processes and infrastructure required to scale a growing ecommerce business. This includes improving fulfilment performance, strengthening supplier networks, implementing KPI reporting, optimising inventory management and aligning operational capacity with commercial demand.
Played an active role in building and developing ecommerce businesses, including supporting digital growth, creating scalable operational processes and improving the customer delivery journey. More recently, he helped support revenue growth from £5,000 to £100,000 within nine months by ensuring the operational infrastructure could keep pace with increasing demand.
