They bring a hands-on but strategic leadership style, with strengths across operational excellence, S&OP, capex delivery, ERP implementation, logistics, inventory optimisation and leadership development. Comfortable operating at board and group level, they are well suited to a senior manufacturing or operations leadership role where business improvement, growth and cultural change are key priorities.
