An immediately available senior operations leader with experience across multisite, international and highly regulated environments, including retail, FMCG, ecommerce, pharmaceuticals, logistics and private equity-backed organisations. They bring a strong blend of COO-level leadership, P&L ownership, supply chain strategy, procurement, warehousing, transport and transformation experience across the UK, Europe, North America and New Zealand.
They are particularly strong in stabilising complex operations, improving EBITDA performance and creating scalable operating models with clear governance, data-led decision-making and strong frontline engagement. Their background includes leading teams of 3,000+ people, managing P&Ls up to around £150m and delivering change in unionised, high-risk and commercially demanding environments.
